This search takes as input two coordinates into the genomic DNA sequence. The output is all genes and intergenic space (IGS) defined by the start and stop coordinates. If a start or stop coordinate lies within a gene or an IGS, that particular gene or IGS is omitted, hence the map is everything greater or equal to start and less than stop. A pull-down menu appears if multiple molecules, plasmids or contigs are available to map.
